Our client would like to strengthen the Swedish speaking team with new agents. You can gain valuable international work experience while enjoying the sun, beach and Cypriot cuisine.

 

As a Brand Ambassador Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers in your space receive superior service by:

Mentoring new customers and making sure they have a great experience

Create individualized campaigns and bring them to the customer via telephone, email and SMS

Help customers who encounter problems during the checkout process

Doing that extra bit to engage and retain customers    







You’re a good fit for the job if you

Speak native level Swedish and can communicate in English with colleagues

Feel comfortable working in a computer environment

Great interpersonal skills

Are a relationship builder

Enjoy interacting with people and have a strong sense of service
