Ok, sounds cool but what will I do?

Qred’s purpose is to help small companies grow faster - our vision is to be the preferred alternative for fast, safe and comfortable small business financing.

When joining our Customer Success department your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best service. We are driven to understand our customer needs, their business model, and how we can help. Listening and grasping our customers' operational processes and needs, and quickly ascertaining their situation and discussing potential solutions, is the name of the game for our customer service team.

Main responsibilities involve:

- Handling customers requests in regards to their business loan applications

- Tailor loan offers to the business's needs together with our Underwriting team

- Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan

- Grow and learn a lot, and have fun while doing it!



Sounds interesting, right? Here’s what we're looking for:

- A flexible and positive mindset, where you have the ability to adapt to shifting strategic market priorities, new responsibilities and policy changes

- Contribute to process improvements that benefits the customers, which indicates a solution oriented mindset

- The ability to build trust and to understand the customers’ needs, and meet them at eye level

- Experience with economics and/or customer service is considered as beneficial but not a requirement

- Fluent in XX and English
