Swedish speaking Customer Advisor for Bank Norwegian

We are searching for an additional Customer Advisor with Swedish language skills for our offices in Benalmádena.

Bank Norwegian provides online banking to its multinational customer base - and its products include free deposit accounts with attractive interest rates, flexible consumer loans and beneficial credit card products. Most services offered are available via the Internet and self-service.

We are now looking for new colleagues to join our existing team, which numbers around 50 staff, who are happy to respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, as well as contacting existing customers.

Bank Norwegian started in 2007 in Norway, it later expanded to include Sweden (since 2013), Finland and Denmark (since 2015) then Germany and Spain in 2021.

We are looking for candidates who have native level language skills in Swedish and.
-Can converse well in English (both written and verbal)
-Are service minded and have good communication skills
-Are able to thrive in a busy, professional work environment
-Easily master new IT systems/tools.
-Can show relevant experience within a customer service/call centre environment
-Have an understanding of economics and numbers
-Can show that they have lived and worked in Sweden, with an understanding of how consumers behave there

We will give priority to candidates who:
-Have a Scandinavian language skill in addition to the above
-Have previous experience from the banking sector and/or a credit institution, primarily from the Nordic countries

Since our employees are handling credit information on behalf of our Client, we are searching for candidates that have a good and stable economic history.
