Swedish Speaking Customer Entertainment Agent

Job description:

Do you want to entertain our customers and get paid for it? No customer service activities with answers to recurring questions, no annoying complaints, no telephone calls with customers, only written entertainment.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of communities
- Fluent in Swedish, and able to work in an English speaking team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Open-mindedness, determined and a sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- A desire to quickly take on responsibility and learn a lot
- Team player and flexible
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Training provided:
Inhouse training will be provided. Team leader and colleagues will be involved to give you all the knowledge you need for this position.

Private health insurance after probation period (6 months). Hybrid working, you don't have to be full-time at the office, after your training period. After your probation period and when you are fully training, and able to work on your own, you can apply to work from abroad for a few weeks per year.

Salary:
25,000 Euros Gross

How will the interviews be held:
Interview will be at the office in St. Julians, Malta. With the option for online interviews for candidates from abroad.
