We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Representative to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:
Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 – to 18:00 and rotative Fridays between 09:00 – 18:00
Salary 17,923.00 € gross per year and performance bonus up to 1.500€ gross per year
Great office location in Barcelona

What you’ll experience with us
As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
Be the first point of contact with clients through email, social media channels and on the phone
Provide customers with solutions and advice for all their inquiries
Handle short translations, review the webpage to find any errors and improve templates to answer clients
Help customers with their online orders and ensure they have an excellent customer service experience
We’ll be a great match if you:
Have a native level of Swedish and advanced English language
Enjoy working both on an individual level and in teams
Love helping people and enjoy making them feel special
Have a problem-solving attitude
Can handle stressful situations
Are a fast learner
Have basic technical skills and knowledge
Possess excellent communication skills and are people oriented
It would be a plus if you:
Have an advanced level of Danish and/or Norwegian
