Description
We are looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Advisors for Specsavers in our office in Malaga!

In the role of customer advisor, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing customers as well as online chat. You will help them with their questions about orders, products, offers and much more with a focus on good service and a good attitude, in order to meet the targets set by Specsavers.
A large part of your job is to ensure that the customer receives a world-class service and to establish and build long-term relationships with the customers.
You will work in our new spacious office in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become part of the Webhelp family. As our new colleague, you will experience a professional work environment with a focus on cohesion, development and diversity.
Duties:
- Answer questions and assist eCommerce customers via phone and chat with relevant actions related to online payments and deliveries
- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via the CRM system
- Always focus on providing good customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction
- Follow the processes and procedures created for the project
- Ability to handle requests via social media and email in the future
- Be on site in good time, ready to start work at the agreed time
- Work together as a group and achieve set goals

Working hours: varying Monday-Friday between 08:00-20:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00, Sunday 11:00-17:00 (two free weekends per month)

Requirements
- You speak and write freely in Swedish and English and can undergo training in English
- Good experience of working with computers and CRM systems, and can handle several systems at the same time
- You are proactive in developing your knowledge of Specsaver's services, processes and product range
- You have high service skills, patience and can handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive manner
- You are open to a constantly changing work environment
