We’re now looking for full-time Operations Advisors to be a part of our Payments team within Customer Operations. As an Operations Advisor, your primary task is to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. We are a fun & dynamic team where culture and personal growth are in focus, working with rapidly growing products. If you love communication and customer service, this is the position for you!

We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products.
What you’ll do:
- Manage incoming customer service inquiries per chat, phone, e-mail and social media
- Identify and assess our customers' needs with the aim to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of Customer Operation's routines and policies
- Be responsible for creating and generating a WOW experience for Qliro's customers by managing our customers' inquiries
We believe you are:
- Fluent in Swedish verbally and in writing. Other Nordic language skills are meritorious!
- Service-minded and passionate about creating outstanding customer satisfaction
- Driven and willing to grow within the company
- Detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Structured, flexible, engaged and have great communication skill
The employment will be based at Qliro's office in Stockholm. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
