You will work at our client's office in central Stockholm and be part of a team that loves doing things together, as well as, of course, provide the best service possible to the customers.
This is initially a role where you will be a consultant through Wrknest, with good chances of getting an offer of employment at the company in the future.
What will you do then?
In this role as a Customer Service Advisor, your primary task is to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Customer Operations is on an exciting journey, currently setting the structure for future growth and development. You will work with supporting customers regaring errends connected to their service - to provide payment solutions and payment methods within e-commerce.
You will work towards all of their Nordic markets and start in Team Level 1. In this role you will answer customers questions regarding payments through both phone, email and chat. You will handle the incoming mails and calls and independently structure the administration around this.
In this role there is also possibilities to develop into Team Level 2, Team Level 3 or within other departments in the company.
What will we ask of you?
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you are fluent in other nordic languages as well that is even better!
- Experience from working with customer support over phone, chat and email is meritorious!

The role is a full time position working mainly office hours. You will start the journey as a consultant through Wrknest with good chances of an employment at our client after some time.
