Job description:
-Help customers via chat, e-mail, telephone and being a representative towards our
customers
-Manage customer accounts (passwords etc)
-Suggest improvements on sites, products and processes
-Translate promotional texts about offers and products into your local language

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service
-Fluent in both Swedish and English - both spoken and written
-Over 18 years old and with a clean police record.
