About the role
As a part-time (Monday-Friday from 09:00-13:00) or fulltime customer service expert, you are the link between the company and overjoyed customers. Your role? You are the first helpline for customers who have questions or need help. With your bright face and friendly approach, you will make customers feel heard and seen. Some of your duties will include:
Manage incoming customer requests via phone and email.
Ensure prompt response and resolution.
Keep customers informed of status and progress.
Forward important issues to the right people.

What do you get?
You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
An annual gross salary of €10,500 for part-time 20 hours a week (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00). For fulltime, you will receive a gross salary of €20,000 euros per year (€1,666 per month).
Salary benefits of €750 per year for a part-time position and €1,500 - €2,000 for a fulltime position.
You will receive a monthly food card of €40 (part-time) to €80 (full-time) per month.
You will get organisational help e.g. with registration and banking.
A permanent contract.
You will have 11,5 (part-time) to 23 (full-time) days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?
You have native Swedish language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
You’re at least 18 years old.
Very good communication, and listening skills.
You are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.
