Job description:
Founded in 2012 as part of a mission to provide players with the ultimate betting experience.
Operating out of Malta, we currently offer Betting, Lotto and Casino, with more opportunities on the horizon. Continuing to sniff out new opportunities and put their best foot forward to ensure players get nothing less than the very best.
The role will include responding promptly and effectively to incoming customer emails, calls and chats
whilst providing technical support to customers. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for the processing of KYC documents for verification and will be required to handle content and translations.
(80% Customer Service, 20% Content/translations)
Flight - Paid back with first salary
Accommodation - We offer accommodation for your first week in Malta.
Other - We will help you with your paperwork etc. if candidate is not already located in Malta
Work Hours Monday-Sunday (40 hours)
Work Shifts 9:00-18:00, 13:00-22:00, 12:00.20:00
Experience Experience with iGaming is an asset. C1/B2 English as minimum.

- Swedish Language C1- C2
- English B1 B2
- Strong communication and written skills.
