Your new routine
For this role you will be assisting Swedish customers with various IT-related issues such as logins and password resets while becoming part of an international team in the heart of Budapest. The ideal candidate
Has great communications skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
Brings along previous experience from a service-oriented position (customer service, service desk, IT support, etc.)
Is a team player and a pro in multitasking
Has a keen interest in IT
