We are seeking a talented and accomplished Swedish-speaking Quality Analyst to enhance individual employee coaching programs and ensure the quality of services provided. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
What you will be doing:
Monitor CSR performance daily by reviewing and evaluating calls.
Provide constructive feedback to CSRs to enhance service quality and adherence to procedures and scripts.
Report script problems or questions to appropriate departments.
Assist clients in monitoring specific programs as needed.
Communicate program changes to supervisors and provide CSR actions for performance appraisals.
Develop and execute a monthly call monitoring plan, tracking achievements.
Offer feedback to the training department on issues arising from monitoring for new agent training.
Participate in monthly calibration sessions to ensure consistent call scoring and interpretation.
The ideal candidate:
Native level in Swedish and English proficiency both verbally and in writing.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to CSRs for performance improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Logical and objective call assessment approach.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece.
