Job description
A business development company, specializing in lead generation, sales, and customer support, is looking for a vibrant, eager, and focused on the result SwedishSpeaking Retention Agent with B2C experience, who will be responsible particularly for developing a portfolio of clients and maintaining the relationships with them for our offices in Malta and Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic account and portfolio plans to work with the assigned team.
- Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone.
- Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
- To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
Job requirements
- Live in Malta or in Limassol, Cyprus.
- Swedish is your mother tongue and English B2 is an advantage; another language is considered a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in Retention FOREX is a plus, 1 year of experience in positions such as Credit Control Agent or any position related to preventing cancellation of products in call centre environments is mandatory.
- Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive in difficult situations.
- Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with a focus on Retention/Account Management.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
