Swedish Speaking Support Analyst In Dublin!

On behalf of our client, Lingocruit is now recruiting for Swedish speakers to work on their projects for Google ads.
Our client specializes in Internet-related services and technology to help global brands provide great experience for their customers, build customer loyalty and grow their business.
For this role you will be working with customers that use Google ad products. You will help customers through phone, email and/or live chat.
Your job includes management of workflows such as applications, appeals, video reviews and managing email cases in such a way that everyone with an inquiriy gets an answer. Your job also includes giving feedback and using your intuition to identify areas that need improvement.
The ideal candidate
Fluent in Swedish
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor in Business or Business Management
Previous experience with creating reports and analysis
Tech Savy
