We are seeking a talented and accomplished Swedish-speaking Team Manager to lead and motivate a team, driving them to exceed client and corporate objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, providing valuable skills and knowledge to advisors, and ensuring their performance aligns with key performance indicators.



What you'll be doing: 



Manage absenteeism and attrition, conducting return to work and exit interviews.

Continuously review and monitor advisors' work performance against agreed KPIs, taking corrective action when necessary.

Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monthly 1:1 meetings with advisors, aligning objectives with business KPIs.

Recognize and reward outstanding advisor achievements in line with company values.

Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of performance metrics.

Foster open and honest communication, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas.

Maintain a supportive team environment and implement feedback from employee satisfaction surveys.

Coach, develop, and motivate advisors, offering opportunities for skills expansion and career development.

Monitor advisor calls and ensure performance metrics are consistently met.

Communicate client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take necessary actions to improve client satisfaction scores.


  


The ideal candidate:



Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English, both verbal and written

Ability to provide constructive feedback that leads to performance improvement.

Logical and objective approach to call assessment.

Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.

Previous training and coaching experience is advantageous.
