On behalf of our client in Dublin, we are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Swedish-speaking Technical Support Analyst. Our client is a trusted outsourcing partner for leading, global organizations. You will be working in an international company where 55+ languages are represented. Are you interested in getting to know colleagues from various other countries and in experiencing the social life in Dublin? Then this job is for you!

  
What you will be doing

 

You will be resolving remote users’ IT problems by means of a first-time fix or by dispatching on-site support. Clients will contact you via phone, e-mail, or via weblogs and you will be the one who provides a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting, and problem research. 



The ideal candidate

 

Great communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)

Preferably a technical aptitude and a basic understanding of various hardware, software and Microsoft operating systems

Willing to work in a fast-paced role in a constantly changing business environment

Experienced in communicating with customers

Problem solver

Team-focused

Willing to work variable shift patterns








The offer

  

Relocation support: 2000€

Annual salary: 29,500 €
