VIP manager: Taking care by any means of VIP Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner. Monitoring the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance. Performing outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio. Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience. Go the extra mile to encourage customers.
Customer service: As a customer support agent you will be communicating with companys clients, Igaming, and assist them with their enquirires. You would be representing the company therefore, you would have a vivid and responsible personality with availability to work in shifts.

4 weeks theoretical and 4 week practical paid
25 different iGaming clients
2 return flights pr. year back home, up to 250 EUR pr. ticket.
