Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a part of the Swedish Customer Service Team which main responsibility is to support DLL’s customers in the best way possible. This role includes a variety of tasks on a daily basis. You will be receiving both incoming phone calls and emails from end customers as well as managing administrative work. You will also be responsible for the contract portfolio, by updating customer data into our systems and ensure quick and correct response of our customers’ questions. We also perform formal reviews of the transfer agreements and assist with scanning when back-up is required.

We constantly strive to improve ourselves and deliver the highest possible service to our customers. Innovation and process improvement is something we actively work on and encourage in our daily operations.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with high level of service and competence to communicate professionally. To succeed in the role as our Customer Service Representative you should have some previous experience of using a phone as your tool and feel comfortable with a high paced work environment. You are a positive team player who contributes to a good atmosphere at work! Additionally, you should be highly driven and take own responsibility to get things done. You like to give a little extra and deliver great customer service. You have the experience of a profession within service from before such as customer service, call center or reception.

Requirements

- Fully fluent both verbally and written in Swedish, Finnish, and English
- Previous experience of a service profession
- Stockholm-based
