- Represent the company in the Swedish/Norwegian market
- Provide first line support to B2B customers by phone and e-mail
- Daily management of B2B and B2C customers` orders and queries

Essential requirements:
Language skills:
English C1- required
Norwegian C1- indicative
Swedish C1- indicative
* At least one of the indicative language skills is required

Desirable requirements:
- Very good command of Swedish or Norwegian and English
- Customer-oriented personality
- Good communicator and have great problem-solving skills
- Previous experience is an advantage
