What we are looking for
Sydkraft AB, a part of Uniper group, is the Swedish head office although we work in a functional organization. The Asset management function is now seeking an Information Security Specialist whom will develop and operate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Sweden for our local power plants as integrated part of our overarching Asset ISMS.
The position will be legally placed at Sydkraft AB and the HSSE&S team where we work closely together especially Information Security and Security functions. The main work will be carried out with Asset Management teams at the Swedish powerplants. Here you will be part of integrating requirements and implementing ISMS.
What you will work with:
- Adapt the central ISMS blueprint to the national legal requirements and specifics of our Swedish business working closely with our Protective Security Managers (Säkerhetsskyddschefer) and the Information Security Officer (ISO) for Sweden as well as Country Security Manager (CSM)
- Taking over responsibility for the implementation of the Swedish ISMS Governance Framework
- Support the security sensitive business and implement and follow-up on protective security measures where applicable
- Being accountable for ISO 27001 and organize internal audits for the Assets in Sweden. Where applicable also for certification process and external audits
- Support general audits and export control topics
- Functional support for the local Information Security Representatives (ISR) per site and be a part of the national security community
- Accountability for application and compliance of our ISMS processes in Sweden including inventory, risk analysis, threat, and incident-management
- Secure awareness and provide training and coaching of employees on ISMS
- Support budget preparations
- Support the Monthly Performance Dialogues (MPDs)
- Participate and support security services within IT/OT interface and alignment with ISO Sweden, Uniper IT Sweden and Asset Management
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and our operations are covered by, among other things, rules related to protective security, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore carry out security clearance of all positions and complement with register control for security classified positions, according to the Protection Security Act. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.
Who we are seeking
We are looking for a team-player with experience and engagement for Information Security to establish a systematic way of working at our assets in Sweden. You have a high level of motivation combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Your working methods are structured and you have strong communication and coordination skills.
For this role you also have:
- Completed university studies in engineering, informatics, control engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience from the energy sector, which is beneficial
- Experience in implementing or operating an ISMS, or experiences in vulnerability and risk management in the field of Information Security.
- Qualification as ISO 27001 auditor or implementer, which is beneficial
- Good knowledge of OT security or, alternatively in network security
- Knowledge of the Swedish Protective Security Act
- English language skills on a good level and fluent language skills in Swedish, written as well as spoken
