What we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic individual who will be responsible for the procurement of Civil Works. This includes all Uniper companies including OKG. The role covers operational procurement work using company strategies within the category Civil: Civil works, Building construction works, Hydro specific civil works (Hydro dams, Fish passes etc.), Turnkey civil works, Dismantling and demolition works.
Your responsibilities are:
• Operational procurement of requests within Category Civil
• Implementing category strategies and respecting steering mechanisms
• Ensuring achievement of forecasted cost reductions and productivity gains to contribute to Uniper's overall saving targets
• Strategic supplier negotiations
• Promote and be involved in cross-functional and cross-border cooperation
• Working for category focused analysis projects that target to identify and implement innovative sourcing levers
• Supporting the Civil team in Düsseldorf, Germany
• Supporting the Services team in Sweden
• Collaboration with other Category Teams and stakeholders
You will be a part of an international procurement team; the role is placed in Sweden, preferably in Malmö. The role includes moderate travelling to the different Uniper power plant locations in Sweden. You will be reporting to the Head of Civil located in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure. We carry out security clearance before employment, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. In addition to safety testing, health and drug tests are also performed.
Who we are seeking
We are seeking you who:
• Have a few years of procurement expertise and experience regarding procurement strategies, technical understanding of the category and relevant supplier market knowledge
• Have a University degree or commercial/technical degree or equivalent work experience that the employer deem sufficient.
• Have specific experience in civil works procurement.
• Have general knowledge of general Terms & Conditions for the civil sector in Sweden (‘AB04’, ‘ABT06’ and ‘ABK09’ including ‘AMA AF’ and ‘AF Konsult’).
• Can adapt an ‘AF-del’ (project specific Terms & Conditions) from a company template together with relevant stakeholders.
• Speak Swedish fluently and English on a business level. German and other languages are favorable.
• Have general MS office skills. Good SAP-experience (esp. SAP MM) is preferable.
As a person you are serviceminded, flexible and result-oriented. You are a good negotiator and have skills in conflict management.
