What we are looking for
We are looking for a production engineer to our control center in Sundsvall where you will be part of our production optimization team in Uniper Hydro Sweden organization.
What you will be working with
As a production engineer, you will work in 2 different roles which include being responsible for the physical production optimization and planning, offer the available production capacity to different market channels, and production management of Nuclear and Thermal power.
Everything in close cooperation with our trading team in Düsseldorf. You will be part of a team working on a rotational basis, which includes weekend every fifth to sixth week depending on the shift schedule.

Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and our operations are covered by, among other things, rules related to protective security, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore carry out security clearance of all positions and complement with register control for security classified positions, according to the Protection Security Act. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.
Who we are seeking
You hold a degree in engineering or economics, alternatively you have relevant work experience in dispatching or energy trading.
You are analytical while at the same time you have the ability to coordinate and prioritize actions under stressful situations. You can take decisions, have team working - and good communication skills. we see that you are fluent in English in Swedish both verbally and in written.
