What we are looking for
In this role you drive the digital transformation within Nuclear Sweden(NS). Nuclear Sweden consist of Sydkraft Nuclear Power AB (SNP), Oskarshamn Kraft Grupp AB (OKG) and Barsebäck Kraft AB (BKAB) and represent NS in digitalization projects from a nuclear perspective. This includes to initiate digital cultural change and foster digital mindset within the company as well as to coach, support and lead specific digitalization projects and initiatives.
You will belong to the Operations team at SNP which is a team that consists of highly skilled persons with various background and competencies. The Uniper group project COODE (Chief Operating Officer Digital Evolution project) is working over all Uniper business lines and the mission of the project it shall take Uniper to a higher digitalization level in many work areas. In the role as Digital Transformation Expert you will be the NS interface to the COODE team.
What will you work with
• Participate in the work together with the NS management team to implement the vision and targets for the digital transformation in the Nuclear Sweden
• Support respective teams in identifying areas for digital solutions and converting digital ideas to potential reality considering the cost-benefit ratio
• Coach interdisciplinary NS members to develop their own transformation solutions and train employees on new tools and methods
• Analyze technical processes and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with local experts
• Actively support (hands-on) and coordinate digitalization initiatives (e.g. process automation, digital operation/maintenance, data analytics and visualization, digital customer experience, etc.)
• Represent NS in digitalization projects within Uniper group, contribute to corporate digitalization projects and be interface to COODE Organization
• Create awareness of the digital opportunities available in COODE Program portfolio, facilitate contact and to the COODE delivery team and exchange best practices
• Build up internal and cross company networks, participate actively in relevant communities to scout innovative digital trends and new business models
• Drive cultural change by introducing New Ways of Working and promote agile working frameworks and train employees on new digital tools and methods
• Organize the internal communication of digitalization projects & activities
• The position is located in Malmö or Oskarshamn
• The position is located in Malmö but frequent travels to the Swedish nuclear facilities and to Düsseldorf are required, approximately 20-30 travel days/year.
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure. We carry out security clearance before employment, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. If applicable health and drug tests are also performed.
Who we are seeking
You have a University degree, technical education or equivalent in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Economics or similar or vocational training in a nuclear plant/similar asset. You have a good understanding of digital technologies, trends and fields of application experience of agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Lean etc).
You are experienced in implementing digital initiatives in specific roles, groups or business units. You have proven project management experience including the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. You are fluent in Swedish and English written as well as spoken.
As a person you are self-motivated, data-driven and passionate about digital innovation with a high degree of personal responsibility, creativity and willingness to change and innovate. You have the ability to inspire and influence employees at all levels of the organization to digital ways of working.
