We are looking for a motivated individual with very strong technical capabilities combined with the ability and desire to learn about and work with complex system installations.

The global hosting and deployment team operates from four different locations; Gothenburg, Montreal, New York and Singapore.
Our team is proving a hosting service for the airlines that is using our Crew and Network & Operations Management systems.
We are looking for someone that can help us to support all our customers in the Asia-Pacific region in general and the Chinese customers in particular.
You need to have a broad and general knowledge about infrastructure and hosting environments to be able to support our customers with their environments. We expect you to have good knowledge with Cloud deployments as well.
This position will be responsible for the daily and long-term support, service of our hosted customers and also our non-hosted customers with deployments.

What do we do?
As a Sysadmin/IT Suppport Technician you will spend a significant part of your time in the following areas:
Work close to our customers in the APAC region to provide application management, system administration and advanced technical support to our Airline Crew and Network & Operations Management systems.
Work close to customers (both external and internal) as an infrastructure expert person.
Assist the client with knowledge injections, proactive problem solving and daily management of the production installation.
Act as the primary infrastructure contact for the customer and work internally with different teams to ensure issues are resolved with quality and within expected timeframe.
Installing and maintaining cloud based servers.

Who are you?
You have worked as an infrastructure expert for at least 5 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
You take ownerships of issues and work well both independently and within a team.
You are service minded and enjoy helping customers and colleagues.
Technical challenges and technical solving problems excite you!
You enjoy a variety of challenges of a highly technical nature.
You have good knowledge of Unix and/or Linux and shell scripting.
You are an expert in one or more of the following areas:
Customer relationships
VMWare, IBM Netapp or similar
Experience with Active Directory, IdP, SAML, LDAP and similar technologies
Network design, administration and troubleshooting, Routers/Firewalls/NAT
Ansible
Windows Server
Databases (Oracle preferred)
ServiceNow

The team you will be working with consists of 15 IT Infrastructure experts (globally). The team is today serving about 30 airline customers. We are supporting all our customers 24x7 with a Follow the Sun support model.
