Arbetsbeskrivning
Would you like to be part of building an IT function from the ground up where we together find the way forward?
As our first System Administrator your focus will be on Toca Boca and our sister studio Noid, both located here in Stockholm (and currently sharing the same office). But you will also collaborate with our owners Spin Master to see what synergies there are and how we can work together with the various systems we all use. You’ll be implementing processes and ways of working in two gaming studios, perhaps even more in the future.
What you’ll be doing
To begin with you will start by familiarizing yourself with our various systems and tools to get a better understanding on where we need to direct our efforts in becoming more secure, collaborative and efficient. Systems and tools are something we have a lot of! You will be the main responsible for making sense of it all with the help from your team and the whole studio.
You’ll get a both high level, and detailed, understanding of all our systems, tools and services so that we can better understand how to protect them and how to use them more efficiently. In order to do this you will get to know all teams at both Toca Boca and Noid, and understand their needs.
You’ll create, and automate, processes around access and license management. One of your main focuses will be the security aspect, how can we make it all work better and still keep it secure.
Is this you?
You are an experienced IT professional who has held a similar position in the past. Experience is needed as you’ll be the first one at Toca Boca in this position.
You have experience working in a Mac heavy environment and have admin experience with either Google Workspace or Office 365.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English. English is the company language, but as you’ll also be dealing with vendors etc. Swedish is a necessity. You are already located here in Sweden, as we will not be able to offer any relocation for this position.
This is us!

Good to know!
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We will not be offering any relocation for this position. We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
