Are you experienced in cloud workspace engineering in a SaaS environment and looking to join a dynamic IT Operations team? We’re looking for a collaborative and communicative System Administrator to join our team with the aim of enabling a creative and productive organization with Security and Compliance in mind. The team is responsible for systems and enabling technologies collaborating closely with other employee-facing teams such as IT Support, IT Engineering team, and Cybersecurity.

How you will make an impact;
Ownership; You will own and maintain the Google Workspace Suite with an architectural mindset, a holistic view, and strategical thinking into how the apps integrate with the rest of the organization and our ecosystem.
Collaboration & Communication; We are an employee-facing team, meaning that we’re working and communicating with most, if not all, people and teams in the organization. You will translate business needs into technical solutions to increase productivity and enable our employees to Soundtrack the World smoothly.
Critical Thinking; You understand potential changes in a context where you can apply critical thinking to the decision-making process. You can see the points of view of the organization, IT, Security, or other stakeholders and factors that impact decision-making. Your competence and insight into the entire flow of things working out in modern and cutting-edge systems for a scale-up are highly valued.
Generalist Approach; You will add value in multiple ways, you will lead, execute and implement IT projects and change requests. You will also configure, administer, maintain and help with setting processes and routines within your field of expertise. If you are able to tackle different tasks coming at us by being action-oriented and doing what’s needed - you’ll love working in this environment.
What you'll do;
You will have a shared ownership of Google Workspace, one of our most important tools, and help to set the direction.
Administrate and maintain employee-facing systems to ensure that they are performing according to expectations.
Collaborate with many stakeholders mainly internally to make sure that we are delivering a solid employee experience in terms of technical capabilities.
Handle end user cases that have been escalated by the support team to the App owner.

To be successful in the role you should have;
Experience owning and managing Google Workspace and associated tools in an enterprise environment
Experience in administration and access management of SaaS applications
Knowledge of common scripting languages and use of command-line tools ( GAM, PowerShell, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You potentially have The Google Workspace Professional Certification or equivalent experience
A technical, logical thought process
An ability to collaborate and communicate with other teams and departments
