System Administrator CAD and PLM

We are looking for a person with a true experience in CAD software and product development. Your background is in mechanical engineering/design and your devotion is to develop IT solutions used in product development processes. You will belong to our international IS&T Department and be a member of a team providing global support. Your daily work is close to our end-users (project managers, engineers and designers). You will be working with administration, maintenance and support of our CAD/CAE environments and systems for product data management. You will also do system service and configuration. We also believe you have interest and ability to lead projects, and to overview and support multi-project programs. You express excellent service skills and know-how in finding and providing solutions to our Design Centres. We expect your competence to be: - University/Technical College degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience - some years of design work experience with CAD tools (e.g. Catia V5) and systems for product data management - good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, system designs, and network solutions. - good understanding of project management and design processes - good skills in English, both written and verbal. - preferentially mastering a second language (e.g. German, French, Chinese, Swedish, Norwegian). The position is planned for Mullsjö (Sweden), but we could depending on candidate qualifications also consider Kongsberg (Norway), Hallbergmoos (Germany) or Pruszkow (Poland). The position includes periods with business travel and scheduled on-duty work.
