Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow System Administrator for Group IT you will be taking lead in the configuration of out of the box functionality alongside a capable team of governance and requirements specialists. You will be managing and supporting the roll-out of new functionalities, upgrades, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. This by ensuring and evaluating new ServiceNow technologies/modules/upgrades. 

You will become part of a key organization within IT to support and enhance the use of ServiceNow modules currently related to ITSM, HR, APM and custom application. The use of ServiceNow at SMT has only just started so you will be a part of an exciting journey.

Your main responsibilities in this role are:
Perform day to day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow, and coordinate support and development efforts within the maintenance group 
Manage and configure Service Catalogues and Catalogue Items including basic Scripting and variable configuration.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Implementing and sustaining best practices and ways of working, guided by policies and guidelines

Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken 

Qualifications
This role requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Swedish and English, with ability to communicate within a large organization that operates in an international environment. You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.


More than 3 years of experience from working with IT application deliveries or system implementations preferably ServiceNow
A degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience
ITIL process knowledge
ServiceNow certified system administrator or previous relevant experience working with ServiceNow
