Who is your future team?
The IT Operations team is part of the Infrastructure & IT Operations department. Our main responsibility is to provide our colleagues around the world with an available, reliable and efficient IT-infrastructure and we do this by great support! We have the end-to-end responsibility from making the latest technology available to our organization to support and maintain the already installed infrastructure Our department, Infrastructure & IT Operations, work closely with other parts of the Axis organization both with the organization at the Headquarters in Lund as well as sales & production sites globally.

What will you do?
Axis is growing and we need to strengthen IT Operations with yet another co-worker. As our Windows administrator your daily work will be to managing Incidents & Problems and also to review and understand new business requirements and how these should be implemented. You will most likely also be the one doing the implementation and be acting as a specialist towards our Infra Helpdesk.

You need to be comfortable with setting your own agenda but at the same time be a great team player. You should also be ready to work in a global environment.

The position will require on-call duty and travel (approx. 20 days/year).

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 year's experience within operating & maintaining a windows environment as an administrator. Its' great if you have experience doing this in a global environment. We think you have basic knowledge of the Windows stack and understand the dependencies between application, data layer and servers.

We are looking for a person that would like to have fun at work and contribute to the team spirit. So, you need to be a strong team player and take full responsibility of your own parts. You will be working in a changing and fast-moving environment, so we need you to be able to walk the extra mile when needed.

Requirements:

* Experience as a windows System Administrator in a corporate environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operation system.
* Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows administration tools.
* Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Familiar with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
* Working knowledge within Microsoft Cloud infrastructure
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Relevant certifications.
