WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The IT Operations team is part of the Infrastructure & IT Operations department. Our main responsibility is to provide our colleagues around the world with an available, reliable and efficient IT-infrastructure and we do this by great support and innovation! We have the end-to-end responsibility from making the latest technology available to our organization to support and maintain the already installed infrastructure.

Our department, Infrastructure & IT Operations, work closely with other parts of the Axis organization both with the organization at the Headquarters in Lund as well as sales & production sites globally. Act as One is a key value for us which means that we are passionate about working together and cooperate to live up to the organizations needs and requirements.

Axis is growing and we need to strengthen IT Operations with yet another co-worker. As our Senior System Administrator Windows your daily work will be to manage and maintain our network but also to review and understand new business requirements and how these should be implemented. You will most likely also be the one doing the implementation. You will also be acting as 2:nd/3:rd line support towards out IT Helpdesk. The position will require on-call duty and travel (approx. 20 days/year).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with at least 7 + years' experience within operating & maintaining a Windows platform. We think your skills and knowledge is based on working experiences as well as certifications and training. Its' great if you have experience from a global environment with colleagues and partners around the world.

We are looking for a person that would like to have fun at work and contribute to the team spirit. So, you need to be a great team player and take full responsibility of your parts. You need to be comfortable with setting your own agenda but at the same time understand how your agenda contributes to Axis success. You will be working in a changing and fast-moving environment, so we need you to be able to walk the extra mile when needed.

* Deep knowledge in modern Management Concepts
* Microsoft Identity Management
* Azure
* M365
* Powershell (other scripting language)
