Complete Software and Electronics Integration
At Complete Software and Electronics (CSEi) we are integrating and testing the complete electrical system for new platforms and programs. We design test environments and are working with base technology integration, core system application integration, software and electronic domain integration all the way to a compete software and electronics delivery striving to maximize the test-value.
We work with test strategies, enable continuous integration and operate the complete baseline. 
The mission of our agile release train is to:
•    Bring integration driven development and test into product creation to continuously demonstrate that we deliver the best electrical system in the automotive world
•    Secure a stable and robust electrical system for the new electrical platforms and cars
Now we are looking for experienced members to our newly formed system analysis team to figure out the really tricky SW problems!

What you’ll do
•    Finding behaviours not typically caught in regression
•    Guide and coach the testing teams in their approach to System Quality defined by our Architects
•    Actively and proactively nurse system quality together with the ART
•    Provide in-depth analysis when trends and deviation patterns are identified by the team 
•    Identify and analyse problems focusing on new concepts and solutions
•    Analyse end-to-end behaviour on-board and off-board
•    An ability to not only find the problem but to convince the SW developer to change their code will be necessary in this position. Part of your job will be educating the technical SW community.
And generally work with the really, really smart crowd!

Your Profile
•    M.Sc. in Electrical and/or Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar relevant experience.
•    Senior experience of embedded SW testing 
•    Really sharp in analyzing complex SW problems and finding root-causes – finding patterns in behaviours
•    Prior experience working with Linux based systems     
•    Basic scripting skills – (Python/Bash)
•    Communication skills – written and oral. 
•    Works well in a team as well as on your own

Meritorious  
•    Embedded SW testing in an automotive context (Autosar, Linux, CAN, Ethernet, LIN)
•    Prior experience working with C/C++ and able to read the code     
•    CM skills in order to assess the impact of different solutions on the branching strategy
•    Working in an agile environment with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Safe etc.
