Job description

The Crew Implementation department is responsible for the customization and delivery of our Crew management products to airline customers and to make sure that we deliver solutions that our customers truly need.

We are looking for a passionate developer who takes great pride in software craftsmanship and to deliver quality. You will be part of a skilled development team that values diversity and learns from each other. Your tasks will include understanding the client?s needs, capturing requirements, writing design specifications, developing software, verifying quality and testing. You will be based in Göteborg and there will be opportunities to travel to our customers from time to time.



Background and experience:

Software development experience in Python or Java
Strong interest in programming, open source contribution or interesting hobby projects is an asset
Experience with working within a Linux environment and shell scripting
Fluency in English and preferably other languages
MSc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent

Personal:

An analytical approach to problem solving
Experience of working within a scrum team or in similar agile project setups
Strong communication skills both within and outside of your team
An interest for technology as well as human relations
Never settle - comfortable with change
