We are now looking for three highly committed and energetic persons for positions as Support Analyst.You will be a part of a support group of approx 18 people, supporting 10 000 users world wide.Support analysts are often seen as a platform for future positions/roles within the IM organisation.The tasks handled by the Service Desk involves: .Handling inbound telephone calls, web entries and e-mail from TP business partners and log their issues in the ticket handling system .Giving Desktop support, both software and hardware preferably via remote access..Handling and troubleshooting on issues related to SecureID card, web, VPN .Creating and maintaining Domain accounts, e-Mail accounts and R/3 user accounts .Training our users on the use of the ticket handling system .Supporting projects/services rollout By working in the Service Desk you will get a broad knowledge of services supported by all Service teams worldwide.A natural future step will then be to rotate to other service teams or projects.
