System analyst M3 for Alfa Laval Corporate IT

Alfa Laval is continuously working with M3 all over the world with new implementations and roll-outs as well as keeping the current installations up to date and thereby aiding internal users in their daily work by supporting the different business processes. For these efforts we now seek a skilled System Analyst M3 with placement in the group headquarters in Lund.

Alfa Laval has a global ERP platform based on M3 to support the different business processes.

You will work closely together with the business and Corporate IT project managers in analyzing and specifying the requirements and needs and together with our development teams specify architecture and solution setup. You will communicate with internal and external suppliers and you will be responsible for projects and maintenance activities.

Therefore we are looking for an experienced System Analyst with focus on Order module with experience from M3 implementations as well as solution development and deployment.



Your main responsibility will be as a formal owner for:

• Competence Center development methods, tools and best practices in relation to the M3 platform.

• Secondary contact with Infor as supplier.



Main tasks:

• Responsible for designing system components.

• Constantly improving the Alfa Laval system environment, by creating and maintaining:

o Development concepts in relation to Projects and Service development.

o Roadmaps for system products and platforms in relation to general trends, best practices and supplier roadmaps.

o System development standards and methods, including development environments.

•Participate in Enterprise Architecture team activities, setting standards, documenting and upholding them.



Qualifications:

• High competence in M3 related concepts, architecture, structure and environment.

• High competence in business requirement definition, design and modelling focused on the M3 platform.

• Good competence in system setup models.

• Competence in related module capabilities.

• Technical Competence in M3.
