System Analyst PDM

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management.We work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & service that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers.Global IM has 520 employees in three main sites: Lund/Malmö in Sweden, Denton in the US and in Singapore.

Tetra Pak is using PDMLink as the repository of product data for our CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD and EPlan.PDMLink is also a key component in the work of building a platform for integrated Product Development towards Product Lifecycle Management.Due to a growing demand in this area we are now looking for a System Analyst that will work in the PDM service team and related projects.

Your main responsibilities as System Analyst are:

- Support users world-wide on PDMLink
- Manage service tickets delegated by our firstline support
- Maintain server performance (remote)
- Participate in PDM projects


Kvalifikationer

As System Analyst at Tetra Pak Global IM you will work in a pleasant team with open-minded people - therefore we are looking for a true team player heading for common results rather than prestige.You are a typical service-minded person and you are characterised by a self-going personal drive.You feel comfortable communicating with people from all over the world.

You have a solid background within IT and some years experience from working with CAE/PDM (PDMLink or similar product) and you are used to work in a Windows and/or UNIX environment.We believe that you have been working with IT-support in one way or another, preferably with CAD/server-support.Good command of English, both spoken and written, is a must.
