System Analyst to BMW

Job description
You are the primary responsible for one or more systems that the company utilizes to support their Fleet business, which involves the business segment of company cars. The responsibilities associated with this opening includes a vast range of tasks, some are more time-consuming than others. Therefore, it is imperative that the System Analyst have the skillset of structuring their tasks which amongst other includes:
• Championing the requirement specification process, both internal and external users/vendors in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
• Vendor management, including SLA follow-up and create requirements for continuous improvement towards the vendor and the system.
• Overall system maintenance, including planning/executing upgrades and scheduled maintenance ensuring that incidents and problem candidates are aligned according to protocol.



Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, it is imperative that you thrive interacting with people in a proactive way, where you take the reins when needed.
Factors that we additionally believe increase the level of qualification are if the applicant holds hands-on experience as driving projects or change in an agile context. Previous experience from banking or similar is additionally meritorious.



Qualifications
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in IT or finance. Professional experience to an equal level qualifies.
• Minimum three years of professional experience as System Analyst or similar role.
• Has experience working in an agile setting as project manager or product owner with proven success 
• Has the ability to prioritize, plan and/or escalate but also proactively remove impediments.
• Fluent in English and additionally qualifying for fluency in any of the larger Scandinavian languages.
