The team
You will be joining a team of five ambitious colleagues that work closely across different departments. We work with solutions for vehicle mode control from early concept to industrialization and follow-up in the field. We design and build the software which enables all functions in the car such as the exterior lights, the transfer from manual to autonomous drive and when to allow the audio system can to be active. We are dedicated to building cross-functional and empowered teams and an agile environment where we learn every day, challenge each other and give continuous feedback. 

Your role
Your main focus will be within system design and function specification. You will be part of writing system documentation, requirement management, review and sign-off technical documentation. You will work in close collaboration with other competences and contribute to each other within the areas of software-, system- and hardware engineering. You will lead the development of the concept solution, which means a strategy and structure to balance energy consumption for the complete electrical system during all phases of life. The work also involves monitoring implementations in ongoing car programs to secure feedback to the concept solution.

You and your skills
For this position experience from system design and function specification and experience in software development in Phyton, C++/C is required. You enjoy learning from others, as well as, sharing your knowledge with your colleagues. You communicate well in English and have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in or equivalent within Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics, or similar area of education. 

Knowledge of distributed electrical systems and electrical architecture and ISO 26262 is a plus.
