System Architect

You will be involved in building and developing a sustainable digital platform that enables growth over the next 100 years at Clas Ohlson. About the role

Clas Ohlson Digital is a large part of Clas Ohlson's business. We have many expectations of ourselves, which means that we constantly strive to be at the forefront and work proactively. Much of our work is based on the agile framework SAFe. We also work closely with Clas Ohlson IT Operations where we are involved in several ITIL processes. This is a versatile, educational and developing workplace.

As a System Architect, you are part of several teams and are something of a spider in the web between them. You work closely with our development department and with our product owners and solution specialists. Your responsibilities include:

- Architecture, design, development and deployment of our systems with the goal of creating the best user experience on the market.
- Design systems and solutions together with other architects at Clas Ohlson to suit customers' needs and our cost limits and contribute to our overall architecture being well documented and well known within the organization.
- Seek out, investigate and evaluate new technologies and products that we need to meet requirements and expectations.


Who are you?

As a person, you are a team player. It is important that you are communicative, a good listener, independent and good at stakeholder management. You have previous years of experience working as an Architect or equivalent role and preferably a background as a developer. You have good knowledge of

- Microsoft system architecture
- IT security and how to design the best possible protection against attacks
- Software development and DevOps
- Virtualization and container technology
- Azure, databases and data communication
- Technical standards and architectural framework
- Requirements management and test methodology


Relevant education from a university or college is desirable and you have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
