System Architect @Electromobility

Position Description
At Volvo Group Trucks Technology, we are currently looking for a Functional System Architect in the Electric Propulsion Control Architect group.
At this position you need to have deep knowledge how to build up and design an electronic system to support all the wanted features of a vehicle.

We are the Electric Propulsion System Architecture team, a part of Volvo Group Trucks Technology’s Electromobility organization. Our responsibility is to create the Electromobility Functional System Architecture for Zero Emission products that are developed within the Volvo Group.


Who are you?
To be able to take on this challenge successfully, we believe that you will possess the following skills and competencies:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
Thorough knowledge and experience in Software Engineering, Real Time Applications and Embedded Systems.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.



Meritorious competences: Phyton, C programming, Model-based development with Target link/Simulink or System requirement tools, Electric propulsion development, C/D driver license, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO26262.
