Assignment Description:
We are recruiting a System architect for designing and implementing short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software. In addition, there is a must to make sure that all planned and in-place system architectures are aligned with the specific goals.
What you'll do:
● Responsible for designing product architecture and setting requirements needed to secure an effective and efficient end-to-end workflow for Service Providers.
● Working cross-functionally across the organization from concept stage to the after-market by understanding the end user product performance.
● Leveraging your knowledge and experience in driving or assisting in architecture, system, and product design.
● Focus is the service provider and the customer service experience by bringing value and understanding needs from a business and end-user perspective.
● Effectively communicating these needs and driving architectural, system and product changes needed.
● Balance current and future needs to ensure that solutions delivered are sustainable and scalable and in line with our Service Business strategy.
● Understand the workshops needs, it’s motives and incentives along with designing the end-to-end workflow in terms of products and capabilities.
● Create and maintain function development roadmap needed to meet future technology and needs.
● Support product teams in design and implementation as needed to align products to the intended end-to-end workflow.
Who you are:
● Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans and extensive experience in system and network creation and development.
● Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices along with above-average analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities.
● Excellent written, verbal communication skills and conducting technology, trends, standards and products research.
● Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure.
● Experience providing guidance and leadership to novice systems engineers.
● Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems.
● Prior experience in systems design and/or architecture design and expertise in electronics.
● Field experience in performing diagnostics/fault tracing and expertise in business development.
