We are looking for experienced technical leaders and engineers that can take the role of system architect in development and engineering programmes.
What you will do
As a system architect, you will be part of the leadership team of a development and engineering programme or sub-programme. You will be accountable for technical system performance and quality end-to-end, taking a leading role in technical governance and solution maturity assessment.
Together with other architects and technical product owners you plan and design architecture evolvement, lead technical integration across programmes and maximise system performance.
As a leader, you will drive implementation of agile way-of-working, systems engineering practises and tools. You will be using integrated engineering and management tools such as Windchill RV&S, Windchill modeler, Jira etc.
The work will be done in close collaboration and co-operation with other members of the programme, sub-programmes, and teams as well as with members of other organizations in Tetra Pak, partners, and customers.
The position will be in Lund or Modena depending on your location and our need.
Who you are
We believe you are an experienced engineer and leader with knowledge and practise of systems engineering and R&D at different stages. You are dynamic with strong interest in engineering and wide technical as well as management understanding.
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience from engineering and management in food processing and packaging or similar industry.
To be successful as system architect, you need to have an analytical mind and ability to apply systems thinking and provide the holistic viewpoint.
You need excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and engage with people at all levels of the organisation. English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
