System Area Manager - M3

Sandvik IT Services is the Sandvik Group's internal company with responsibility for infrastructure, application development and system management in the IT area. We are now looking for a System Area Manager for M3 located in Sandviken.Key performance areas As System Area Manager for M3 you have an end-to-end responsibility for all IT Services delivered within the System Area M3 which includes projects, application management and supply of expert resources.You are also responsible for ensuring that the system area responds successfully to customers' expectations and requirements and that the work will be carried out according to Sandvik IT Services agreed way of working.Main task will include: -Responsibility for resource management -Planning, coordinating, leading and performing follow-up of agreed services, projects, application management and expert resources -Defining the M3 system and working setup for the agreed assignments in close cooperation with the customer -Working with requests and offers and tactical and strategic planning together with the CBM organisation -Conducting financial planning and follow-ups -Representing the System area in Delivery Area Common management group As System Area Manager you are also involved and act within the demand process, together with the Customer Business Managers for Sandvik IT Services' delivery areas.You report to the Delivery Manager for delivery area Common.Your profile We are looking for someone who has experience from a customer-driven environment and an interest for, and understanding of, the business factors that are important for the customer.The successful candidate will have previous experience in leadership roles within M3 or similar ERP-systems.A university degree is a merit.You are a skilled communicator with a great interest in interacting with representatives from all parts of the organization.You communicate well in English, enjoy challenges and seek to establish durable customer relations.
