System Developer

The IT Commissions and ERP Integration department is part of the IT Finance & Transformation division and is responsible for managing and developing systems and integrations in the area of Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
The System Developer will be appointed the Incentive Compensation Management System (Xactly Incent). Incent handles all compensations for resellers of Tele2 Sweden’s products.  
The role is technical and hands on working alongside the System Manager. You will ensure data quality of the compensations to resellers on a monthly basis Compile and analyze changes and enhancements to the system.  
 
Responsibilities include 
Adapt the system to approved changes 
Correct errors in data in a secure and traceable way 
Communicate with responsible persons in the sales controlling organization which are the main internal users of the system  
Communicate with responsible persons in the operations organization  
Maintain contacts with system vendor 
Suggest additional requirements and solutions for the system, verify relevance with the System Manager 
Drive functional requirements towards the vendor according to the agreed process 
Ensure all deliveries are tested 
Ensure that the quality of information in the system is maintained during development of changes 
Create Change Requests for identified problems/improvements in the system 



 Requirements 
You have a university degree within computer science or equivalent 
Advanced proficiency with SQL required (Oracle) 
Experience of working with application management
