Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with the Market Adapted Capacity Planning (MPK) project team to contribute to the development of a robust and executable capacity allocation system.
Ensure that the system platform for future capacity allocation aligns with the customer’s IT strategy and market requirements.
Participate in the design and development of system functions that handle large volumes of data for follow-up systems.
Work within sub-projects under the overall project management to strengthen the development of internal system functions.
Utilize your expertise in C# and Visual Studio to develop and maintain system components.
Design and build ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions to process and manage data effectively.
Develop services using REST to enhance system functionality.
Apply your knowledge of the capacity allocation process within a transport system, focusing on railways or equivalent.

What you bring:
A high level of competence, with 9-12 years of experience in software development.
Extensive experience (at least 8 years) working with C# and Visual Studio 2005 or later versions.
Proven track record (minimum 4 years) in designing and developing solutions for handling large data sets in follow-up systems.
Documented experience in micro-level development within the construction of transport systems.
Expertise (4 years) in data-centric systems involving data processing and transformation with strict time requirements.
Strong background (2 years) in designing and building ETL solutions.
Proficiency (minimum 1 year) in system development of services using REST.
In-depth knowledge (at least 4 years) of the capacity allocation process within a transport system, particularly in railways or equivalent.
Valid Visual Studio license for conducting the assignment.
Ability to provide references for completed assignments within the last 2 years.
Familiarity with the Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF) is a plus.
