System developer, HCI-team Visma R&D

In Sweden Visma has some 1,000 employees. We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and motivated software developer to join our HCI team in Oslo/Norway or Malmö/Sweden. You will join a creative team in a successful state of establishing world-class interface design and usability into our enterprise software. The work will give you challenges in a number of areas ranging from the work with usability procedures, prototyping, testing, applying design in WPF, but most of all to be the programming link between HCI and the development projects that is using WPF and .NET. In Visma R&D you will find a distributed Scrum-based development organization using modern collaboration tools for co-working with developers in many other European countries. We believe that you have: * Completed a Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or similar * Hands-on software development track record in C#, .Net (3 years or more) * Specific knowledge and experience within WPF-GUI or Silverlight programming. * General experience and genuine interest in GUI-programming and user experience. * Good knowledge about software engineering methods, patterns, and modeling experience.
