The task entails assisting researchers and investigators who use MONA to undertake statistical processing. Users of MONA connect to a Windows environment through a remote connection. The customer service centre is available from 8 a.m. to 16 p.m. and responds to queries by phone and e-mail.
Support with login, system functionality, and troubleshooting of statistical software such as STATA, SAS, R, and SPSS, as well as data retrieval through SQL, are all possible questions.
The job also include managing user accounts and providing help to Statistics Sweden administrators who make SQL deliveries.
Competency prerequisites:
Swedish and English are two languages that you should be fluent in.
Microsoft Windows expertise is required.
Knowledge about IT security is essential.
Duration: 6 months + extension
