Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Developer in specializing with scrum master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with a dedicated agile development team to enhance and manage the customer’s self-developed system, particularly focusing on their web pages.
Assume the role of a Scrum Master and Team Leader within a small team, contributing to effective collaboration and system development.
Contribute approximately 30% of your time to team leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
Engage in advanced system development activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Utilize your expertise in Microsoft environment technologies including ASP.Net, MVC, C#, SQL, HTML, Javascript/jQuery for the development of web applications.
Leverage your knowledge of Episerver/Optimizely CMS to develop and manage systems efficiently.
Apply your proficiency in Agile methodologies to work closely with both development teams and clients, fostering interactive and iterative collaboration.
Employ your architectural acumen to structure and design software that meets functional requirements and complies with architectural quality standards.
Ensure that all communication and documentation are conducted in Swedish, meeting language requirements.

What you bring:
A senior level of expertise with at least 9 years of experience in advanced system development within the last 12 years.
Profound competence and a documented track record of developing web applications using ASP.Net, MVC, C#, SQL, HTML, and Javascript/jQuery within the last 12 years.
A minimum of 2 years of documented experience within the last 4 years, serving as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role.
Demonstrated capability with at least 2 years of experience within the last 4 years, working on assignments related to Episerver/Optimizely CMS.
A history of at least 5 years of Agile work methodology experience within the last 8 years, with a knack for interactive collaboration with development teams and clients.
Proven expertise, backed by a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the last 8 years, in designing and structuring software that meets functional and architectural quality requirements.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish, ensuring seamless communication and documentation in the language.
The ability to work independently in structuring and designing IT solutions, leveraging existing IT services and aligning with business needs.
Familiarity with design considerations based on accessibility requirements, including at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years, following WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
