Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Leading system development and system management assignments, focusing on the customer’s budget and accounting system.
Collaborating with internal and external clients to ensure high-quality system deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Operating as a Scrum Master with expertise in agile methodologies and effective software architecture in requirements work.
Functioning as a team leader for a small agile development team, overseeing agile practices and ensuring efficient collaboration.
Engaging in hands-on system development tasks within the agile team.
Providing technical guidance and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Designing and developing web applications in a Microsoft environment using technologies like ASP.Net, MVC, C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery.
Utilizing your experience with Episerver/Optimizely CMS to develop and manage systems.
Adhering to Agile methodologies and ensuring interactive collaboration with development teams and clients.
Structuring and designing software to meet functional and architectural quality requirements.
Ensuring effective communication and documentation in Swedish.

What you bring:
A minimum of 9 years of advanced system development experience within the last 12 years.
A minimum of 9 years of web application development experience in a Microsoft environment (ASP.Net, MVC, C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery) within the last 12 years.
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within the last 4 years.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing or managing systems based on Episerver/Optimizely CMS within the last 4 years.
At least 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies and interactive collaboration with development teams and clients within the last 8 years.
At least 5 years of experience in designing software to meet functional and architectural quality requirements within the last 8 years.
Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish for effective communication and documentation.
At least 1 year of experience in a senior position, such as a team leader, within the last 3 years (pertaining to technical leadership, not personnel and financial responsibilities).
At least 1 year of experience in independently structuring and designing IT solutions based on business needs and existing IT services within the organization within the last 3 years.
At least 1 year of experience in design based on accessibility requirements (DOS law) following WCAG 2.1 guidelines within the last year.
