System Developer to FinTech

Arvato looking for a System Developer to our business area Collection
Our system developers are responsible for maintenance, administration, and development of Arvato’s collection software in the Nordics. We work in tight cooperation with our Nordic colleagues to develop the features to becoming the most human centric debt collection player. In order to be even more successful in that endeavor, we need you to come on board and strengthen our team on data driven decisions, integrations, data analysis and process optimizations.
As a part of our team you will work closely with the business which means possibility to have a direct cause and effect view on the solutions, which are as varied as our customers, clients and internal requirements. Common tasks include solution design, creating new automations and integrations, advanced reports, and diagnostics of system failures. We love to automate processes and hopefully so do you.
We are currently 26 people in the IT department in Varberg, but the plans to increase this number in all areas. In the position as System Developer, you will have 8 colleagues doing the same thing as you and you will have the support of senior developers.
Your ticket to the ride
In order for you to feel comfortable and succeed in this role, we believe you have some years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and programming. We work with varied type of solutions depending on client needs, which means that having a broad knowledge within IT is more important than depth. Great communication skills are required. If you can do small talk (not the programming language) about things other than technology, it is a bonus.
